Summary

Pigeons had taken over several key areas of this Arizona City property, using both high and hidden spots as nesting sites. The homeowners needed a way to stop the mess and damage caused by roosting flocks and prevent birds from coming back.

The Work

Applied non-lethal bird gel along roof edges and vent pipes to keep pigeons from landing
Removed old netting, then installed custom stainless steel hardware cloth in all gable and corbel areas
Set up a stainless steel post and tension wire system on all main ridgelines and perimeter fencing
Installed stainless steel bird spikes on wall caps, electrical boxes, and decorative features
Followed strict safety standards with protective gear

The Outcome

The property is now protected from pigeon nesting and roosting in all usual problem spots. Birds no longer gather on the roof, walls, or entry points, cutting down on mess and ongoing maintenance. These exclusion methods help keep the home looking clean and undamaged over time.
