Summary

Pigeon issues can get out of hand quickly in Arizona, causing mess and damage before most property owners realize it. This home in Florence was dealing with stubborn nesting under solar panels and in roof alcoves, making cleanup and prevention a real priority.

The Work

Power washed and sanitized the entire roof to remove droppings, nesting debris, and stains
Repaired and installed new stainless steel screening around all solar panels to block off nesting sites
Custom-fitted and installed screening to every alcove and gable where birds could enter
Checked each finished area to confirm that all possible pigeon entry points were closed off

The Outcome

The home is no longer at risk of ongoing pigeon nesting in those key areas. Clean roof surfaces and well-fitted screens now help keep pigeons from returning and prevent the mess and health hazards that come with them. This approach also helps guard against roof damage caused by buildup over time.
